I had such a blessed day today with my experience with the Pharmacy!  I am not used to paying cash for my prescriptions, but there had been some insurance complications, and cash it was today!  I was looking at $44 for a 90 day supply, which isn't bad, but sill hurts when you aren't used to it.  As I was preparing to pay, the clerk says, "Oh, I see ***** has it for $24.  If you are ok with it, I would like to price match this for you and override it so it only will cost you $24 instead of the $44."  She didn't have to do that!  I was floored with the genuine concern for the consumer this clerk had!  Amazing customer service.  They come highly recommended in my book!!

Now I remember why I don't  use Kroger anymore. I spent an hour waiting for my prescription after the time they told me to pick jt due to Pharmacy tech error. And instead of working to fix it, they put it back on the pile and I got to wait an hour for it. Terrible customer service.
