I used to love the Click list option, but the timeliness, quality or service and products have gone down drastically since they began. The excuse for anything missing or substituted is it must not be in stock. However, if you go in yourself you can find it.

I love shopping at your store, love the staff and the products. Lately, I've not enjoyed my shopping experienced at the Kroger on 161st in Westfield. Grocery shopping shouldn't be difficult or unpleasant. 

If you are going to spend tons of money updating your store. Then PLEASE have shopping carts available. Open more than 2 lanes or hire employees that are competent at the self check out lane.
I've been a Kroger shopper for 12 years and hope to be one for many more, please open more lanes!!

Nice Store that is Open 24 Hours but maybe closed on Holidays
