Very rude! Called to refill my prescriptions and when I was done, the lady asked me when I'd like to pick them up. I told her in 30 min, and she very rudely said ' uhhhh yeah... they will be ready in an hour!" She was extremely rude about it to me. I mean, why even ask me if y ou know it will be that long. Also, another day I  called in a few prescriptions and they told me they would be ready in 45 min. 2 hours later I went to pick them up and of course they were not ready. I also feel that you should count your meds they give you. One of my most important meds I take were finished and when I called to refill it, they said it was too soon and I never ever take extra of this med. I believe that I was shorted on them because I have never run out early on these meds before and I've been taking them for years. The only reason I am using them is because they are unfortunately the nearest pharmacy to us.

I love kroger.... but when i got the chance to talk to the pharmacy lady Jesus Christ she must of been on her days because she was so rude!!!

Expensive. I would recommend either Wal-Mart or CVS.

Literally 5 employees, nobody in line but me and they continue their conversations as though I m not here. I m still standing here.....no acknowledgement. Ridiculous-they should all be unemployed.
Jarin, the pharmacist, finally saw the ridiculousness of the scenario and helped me.

They have low prices on RX that is the only reason to go here. I had 4 different RX called in by 2 different doctors. 5 days apart. I waited a few days to pick them up so to be sure all 4 were ready. They said they didn't have anything called in, and was completely rude about it. 2 different doctors! That is a error on kroger my doctors did call them in. I am still trying to get it sorted out some medications you cant just stop taking!
