The staff here spend a very long time successfully resolving a stalemate in which Aetna and Tricare wouldn't say how much they would cover until the other quoted first.  This was a sharp contrast to the debacle at CVS for the same prescription that got me to change pharmacies, which is another story.

Pharmacy tech accused me of giving them the wrong insurance info after I had to call the insurance company to verify that she was charging me to much. No... you just chose the wrong policy number from the list.
