I transferred to this location from another a few months ago, and my prescription has never been ready when I run out. I never get a call that it's ready, and when I walk in to ask for it anyway I'm left waiting 30 minutes to an hour for them to fill it. I have one prescription, and it's a pretty common one -- it shouldn't be this difficult to get it.

*Update from 1 star to 2* I've now called and sorted the issue out, and the woman was really helpful and claims to have fixed the problem -- guess we'll find out next month -- but someone messed up initially and that's kind of a big mistake to make. Luckily my prescription isn't necessarily life or death, but someone else's could be.

All staff are always very professional,  kind and willing to go the extra mile in order to meet our needs.  They are sensitive and very knowledgable with how much of what we need is time sensitive,  as we undergo fertility treatments.  Our endocrinologist & nursing staff also give very high kudos to the pharmacy as they too have needed to speak with likely all staff there at this point!
We cannot thank you all enough for providing such high level customer /patient service!
