I've only used them for a few months, but transferred to another pharmacy today, because in that time the quality of the generics dropped to the point I'm scared to use them, the prices went up, and the customer service was disinterested & impersonal.
My medicine is complicated & critical for me to function, so it's important to me to have a relationship with my pharmacy. 
One new generic smelled so rank & putrid, I'm totally serious, it smelled like deer urine. Since the new pill was uncoated, I looked it up online to see if the smell was normal. I saw several reports of a bad batch with this horrid smell, & people returned it to their pharmacy & it was replaced.
I took it to 2 of my doctors & both of them smelled it & told me not to take it & to return it. 
Someone who knows chemistry smelled it & they agreed that something in the chemical mix must be breaking down improperly to have that smell.
When I went to the pharmacy, the only response I got was 'that's how it smells.'  Period. No explanation, no offer of help, no concern.
No matter that I've taken it for several years & it NEVER smelled that way before. 
Medicine is expensive & important. Customers deserve to get the quality & safety they are paying for.

Jennifer C.- Kroger pharmacy had asked seemed to go above and beyond. Everyone had been polite and patient.v I've used them for decades. And will continue.

I was in Kroger yesterday to get prescriptions for aman that I work for as his caregiver. My name is Faye Pike. Mr. Young is on a program called Community Care Service Program. This is a program that is run by the state of Ga.to help people who have very challenging situations &health problems.I am his official caregiver for CCSP.Yesterday I attempted to pick up Mr. Young,s prescriptions that we had recieved a phone call for and was told they were ready for pickup. The pharmacist assistant {Megan} was very rude and uncooperative.The pharmacist{Emily} was also rude and refused to give me the order.She kept his order back for twenty minutes and I had to ask them to please give me Mr. Young,s prescription. She was very rude and combative.I also witnessed { Megan} being very rude to other customers.Mr. Young will be swiching his business to another pharmacy

Very Poor experience here early this morning. Operating hours are not posted near the door.  Waited patiently in the parking lot for someone to let me in. Waited a long time to check out because there was no self service and the customer ahead had a problem.  There was no supervisor or customer service to resolve it. I left unhappy, then realized I didn't get the price advertised. When I returned to the store, was told there was 'nothing they could do' without a supervisor.  Why was the store even open?  A complete waste of time and gasoline.

6-19  No one from Kroger ever contacted me about this.  I guess they don't want my business.
