This review is for the Kroger Pharmacy located inside. I was in today to pick up a refill for my infant son because my wife refilled the rx online. I received an automated call that it was ready. Stopped by on my way home only to be told that not only was it not ready-they didn’t fill it nor tell my wife nor I that they would not be refilling it. While trying to ascertain from the teens working the register there they kept saying that the system wouldn’t do that. When I played the message they were insistent that it couldn’t come from them. When I pushed about having it filled and I pay out of pocket for it I was given the 3rd degree and accused of over medicating my infant son. We will be moving our prescriptions to Walgreens and I advise you to do the same.

This store looks really nice, is kept clean, and is typically well staffed. When it came to the neighborhood most people I knew, including myself, were really excited about it. During the opening weeks they would have live music, they handed out flyers with the photo of the manager asking for feedback, and it really felt like there was an effort to make this store which was corporately owned feel like a local shop.

Since then the experience has been different. The most popular things seem to never be in stock despite the fact there are always a ton of employees blocking the aisles and stocking shelves. All of the locally produced good have disappeared. The baked goods are almost completely eliminated from the store. It is open 24 hours but their fresh eats are not available (despite being well lit as if open and the computer system still lets you place orders) unless you show up during peak times - yet they have a bunch of employees standing around to rudely tell you they are closed with a smile on their face as if to say "boy I'm glad I don't have to do any work." When you ask for a comment card or a way to give feedback, that options magically no longer exists.

I hope it goes back to the way it was during the first weeks.

Great selection and fairly priced fresh goods and meats. The staff has always been helpful and are willing to order whatever I need. So much better than going to the big store for a few small things!

Very convenient I’m always in here getting minor stuff I always forget when I go grocery shopping. Super close to home and super friendly employees.
