The people there are extremely organized and have excellent services. They deal with the insurance company and keep me informed. They are always looking out to help me.  It's easy to get your order in and they are fast. There's no waiting for paperwork to move from desk to desk. They find answers fast.

Today is my first shipment from Kroger. I am honestly surprised at how friendly everyone is. There was a shipping mixup and I should have received my package yesterday, but I didn't. I called and spoke with a lady yesterday and she spent several hours figuring out exactly what happened to my shipment. Her customer service skills were amazing. She even stayed in the office for an extra 45 minutes talking with Fedex trying to get me my package sooner. 

Then today I got a call about my medication since it's new to me. She spoke with me for a good 10 minutes making sure I had no questions. She went over all the side effect and precautions I need to take with this new medication. She was super nice. 

I would highly recommend them!
