This store is terrible. Everytime I order from here I never receive my entire order. Used door dash to order dinner for my family. They sent the drinks and fries but no burgers. The dumbest thing ever. Not the first time this had happen. Then they argue with me that they sent the entire order.  Contacted door dash about it they reordered my food then Krystal cancelled my order. I will never comeback to this place again. Highly recommend that no one uses this place.  If it was possible to give a negative I would. Got everything accept what I really wanted. No 24 Krystal stemmer pack

We went twice over a 2 week period. Both times we were told the system was down. The 3rd time I drove up to order at the drive thru and there was a signed taped up that they couldn't take orders at that time. So we went back today and were told they were out of half the items we tried to order. We ordered what they had and then AFTER we paid we asked for a receipt and we were told the receipt machine is broken.

I would have given 5 star for the service but the new guy didn't know what was going on the manager was taking orders from drive-thru and from the walk up the slushy and shake machines are broke other than that the food was goodFood: 5/5

Whoever owns this restaurant is a person who does the bare minimum. This restaurant looks like it was built in the 80’s and needs a serious renovation, better marketing, and a plan to retain employees for a longer period of time with adequate training. The owner should be ashamed.

Evertime I come here, it takes so long! 2 stars because the food is great. However you need to keep the order short and simple. Don't bring the family

I have so missed Krystal! I had my brother take me to get some cheeseburgers. I miss the chili cups and we have NO Krystal in Killeen, Texas! Even though we have one of the largest Army Posts!Food: 5/5

It's a hit or miss. The food is great more times than not. I love Krystals so I'll keep going no matter what and they are always better than the one on Fairburn Rd.

Driver thru service was great. Food was cold, bread wasn't toasted. I tried two of the side Chic. Wasn't empressed at all.Food: 3/5

Food was decent. Drive thru speakers too soft and then the attendant screams through it rudely to compensate for us not hearing him.Food: 4/5

Came through at 9:00 PM at night and the staff was nice and even made sure our order was correct and fresh. Probably the best experience from Krystal’s in a long time. Thank you for the fresh Krystal’s and we will be back to this location. FYI: we had a big order and they were great.
