If I could do No stars I would. After the last 2 stops at this location I will be fighting to have this restaurant removed from Hendersonville. The rude service and attitude that was displayed this evening by the lady in Drive thru has made this retired soldier ready for a fight. Why is it that everytime We , Yes We. Go through the drive through is it always 30 mins til food can be made. Had No Cars in Drive through... 2 customers standing inside and NOTHING going on... Why 30 mins? With a Krystals in Hendersonville,  Why is it that Hendersonville residents go to Goodlettsville or Gallatin? Because this Krystals is a disgusting sad excuse for a Restaurant. If You are the Owner and Planning on replying back... Post a contact. I would love to talk about Your restaurant.

Erwin absolutely the greatest person I've ever met at any fast food restaurant like this. I didn't know it was closed the night I stopped and I'd never been there before he just so happen to be cleaning he said he promised to make it up if I come back the next night.. he kept his word and made friends ever sense then    y'all don't let that man go anywhere he's the best manager I've ever seen

I waited in drive through for 20 minutes at 3pm with no other customers. Then was told the way I wanted my food couldn’t be done because it would take too much time. Whatever happened to customer is right? Why would I pay people money for food if I can’t have it the way I want it? Will not be returning. Contacting corporate. Store #Nash013

Lady at the drive-thru was short with me, snappy and rude . Told me to wait 2 times. Half way through ordering told me to wait yet again. 3 egg breakfast was actually 1 egg. Biscuits are always burnt.  Oh yeah, they were out of biscuits this morning.  I get that they are under paid, but they are aware of their pay before they accept the job. It's really not that hard to be nice. A Hardee's would do very well at this location. I do not recommend this Krystals.  Always leave disappointed.  Won't be back!

Went through Krystal’s today at 1115am and was halfway through my order before being told to please hold on. I was told to hold for approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes. I was fixing to drive off as I don’t understand why I was told to hold on after being halfway through my order without no explanation. To complicate the situation, after I got home with our Krystal chics, we had to throw them out as they all looked like they were several days old and almost as hard as a brick to even bite into. I love Krystal’s but the service and food today were unacceptable.

I had stopped going to the Krystal because of poor food quality and very rude employees.   Decided to give it a try tonight after a couple of months and it was superb!!  Great customer service and the best Krystals I have had in a long time!!!Food: 5/5

They don't listen when you order.  Rude.  Don't waste your time or your money. And this isn't just a one time experience for me, just first time leaving review, because I will not return until they have better manager for days and a better crew.Food: 2/5

I went not being sure about driving there and the food bad or something after reading the reviews. Saw the dining room closed so knew short staffed. Mgr took my order, and it was huge, just her and one new kid. Waited maybe 10minutes and well worth it. Hot, fresh delish Krystal's. One car behind me waited maybe 2 min and left after saying ugly. They made a big mistake. If you don't mind the wait then it's so good. They are short staffed so have patience and you will get good food.

Getting Krystals at this location is a gamble. Tried 4 times in the past 2 months. 1st time was told they couldn't serve right now because they were out of buns. 2nd time was told the grills were down. 3rd time was a charm and finally got a few hot and steamy squares. Went last week at 4 and there was a sign on the speaker that said now closing at 3 due to short staff. Will try again next week..lol.

Went in on a weekday at lunch time.  Only had 3 employees working and they were slammed.  The 3 people there done an amazing job of handling all they had to do.  Cashier was working front counter, drive thru window and helping cook.  Food was good. Just plan on taking a little extra time and be thankful those three people are Willing to stay and work under those conditions.
