Come here often, never had any issues with either the food or staff. Almost every table is wobbly though. Overall, it's a good place to get a quick bite when your craving Krystal burgers.

Drive-thru only polite employee, knowledgeable about the menu, informed me I would have to wait 5 minutes for the boneless chicken to cook and asked if that would be ok,  it is only prepared at time of order so you get it fresh, yes you have to pull into a parking spot to wait a few minutes but really you can not complain about fresh prepared/cooked food.

Krystal's were good, fries were good, milkshake was too runny but it was still chocolatey.

Mixed feelings here.  Food is always fresh and they never mess up my orders.  However, the dining area is usually a mess. The last time I went in there were multiple employees and I don't understand how none of them had a couple of minutes to at least clean up some tables or do a quick sweep. The trash bin by the door was overloaded and there were flies around it.  From what I could see at the counter, the actual prep areas were clear and cleaned up.  Stick to the drive-through!

Waited 15 minutes for 12 krystals and a chili pup. Manager was only concerned with drive-thru.  Buns were so soggy we threw away half of them. Worst Krystals Ive ever ate at...place needs bulldozed
