My pick up from Home to the Port was excellent, the Drivers make you feel so comfortable in another words THE BEST.   You guys are awesome.

Garbage service... Never again... Like others, we waited for 45 minutes... All the other tours were already there multiple times... Tried to call... They won't pick up the phone and their voicemail wad full... 
Someone called from KSA after 20 minutes... And they had the nerve to ask which ship I arrived on... Darn, the biggest ship in the world (harmony of the seas)  just docked and they weren't aware of it... Is someone from this company even awake? 
Suggest that you use other tour service...

we waited over an hour for our transfer from the cruise ship to the airport. We were told the shuttle would come every 25 minutes which didn't happen.  I tried to call and could only leave a voice message. Other transfer companies were continually arriving and leaving. I will never use this service again.

Absolutely terrible. Kept us waiting well over an hour for both of our shuttles. Drivers didn't even care. Coordination between dispatch and drivers is a mess. We even saw one of their vans drive away with the luggage door wide open. 

Avoid at all costs.
