Great Experience with KTM re-roofing our entire house.  Richard was prompt and provided a very thorough quote.  He included quality products for everything we needed and did not cut corners.  Surprisingly, the price was actually the lowest of the 3 qualified roofers that I had to come out to give me a price but they had the best warranty.  Everything went as scheduled and the workers got it all done in one day! Our new roof and replacement skylights look great.

I was very satisfied with the work KTM roofing performed. The whole process was stress free.  They came out to do my inspection on time. The issue was identified and I was given a fair price for the work.  When they came out to make the repairs the guys showed up right on time and finished in a timely manner. They were also very polite and professional.  I would definitely recommend KTM roofing.

Recently KTM replaced our roof.  I was 100% pleased with the entire job starting with the estimate which was explained in detail.  The job took 1.5 days.  The first day a crew of 11 showed up at day break and immediately went to work removing the old roof.  This was accomplished in the morning.  The installation went like clockwork with 80% covered by the end of the day.  After finishing the next day, the remaining crew did a fantastic cleanup.  Needless to say the end product was superb.  I without reservation highly recommend this company for its reasonable cost, efficiency and professionalism.

KTM replaced my entire roof after storm damage from this summer's hurricane and I am quite satisfied.  They were very efficient and professional.  The work team got it done much faster than I anticipated.  Highly recommended.

I chose KTM to replace shingles on my house and garage because they could provide all the services I wanted (asphalt shingles, metal valleys, standing seam metal roof on part of house, fix rotted roof/siding, new fitting around wood stove chimney, and new gutters with gutter guards).  Another roofing company said they could do only shingles and roof deck repair.  In addition, the cost by KTM for the tear off and shingle replacement was 10% lower than the other bidder.  As it turned out, the gutter and gutter guard work was by a subcontractor, Magnum, arranged by KTM and billed though KTM.

Contacts with the estimator (Richard), the regional supervisor (Edwin), the on-site supervisor (Edgar), and the scheduler/office person (Ashley) was superior.  Phone and text messages got quick response; questions were satisfactorily answered. Contacts with the gutter provider (Malcolm) were also handled well.

Schedule for all roofing-related work was met; schedule for gutter work was delayed by lack of the gutter guards, but acceptable.

Cleanup was done as the work progressed and was excellent. 

Installation and knowledge of the various products was very good.  Following completion of the job I noticed 3 rows of shingles on the rear of the garage were crooked.  This was on a "mansard" part of the roof that was nearly vertical, making installation from ladders necessary.  A text message to Richard resulted in removal and replacement of the crooked shingles the next day under the warranty. The repair work was done by the expert regional supervisor.
