Ku Cha is one of my favorite tea stores. As a former employee of Celestial Seasonings I am particular about the different types of teas I drink. Ku Cha has so many unique blends with a variety of flavors. They also have a Build Your Own loose leaf tea so you can play "blend master" and create your own blend. They also offer free samples every day and sell tea to go.
Fantastic place with great tea. I went here a while back looking for a source of high-quality loose leaf teas for myself and as a gift, and I found Ku Cha is easily as good as some of the online providers I usually use. I usually import my tea from a place in England, ha. Which gives me good tea, but shipping takes a long time. Ku Cha has an online store and is closer! I've been recommending this store to everyone I know who drinks tea.
Ryen was so knowledgeable and walked me through the different tea selections to help me choose exactly what I wanted/needed. I’m very pleased with the customer service and personalized attention, I will absolutely be going back.
What a wonderful little shop! They have a huge selection of loose leaf tea, something for every taste. I prefer herbal teas so the rooibos blends were very appealing. Both the chocolate and vanilla blends smelled amazing! They also have a wonderful flavor. The shop also has a big selection of tea pots and accessories to enrich your tea experience. Make yours special with a stop at Ku Cha House of Tea.
Large selection of loose leaf tea, with the ability to smell and see the tea before brewing. Staff was warm/friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back again. However, you have to pay to park on the street.
Cutie local find! I found some amazing tea here, loose leaf, and very impressed by the knowledge the staff has. Friendly and polite and very helpful. Love their selection of chai teas!
I love this shop. If it weren't for Ku Cha house of tea, I would be forced to drink tea from a bag. I love their loose leaf teas. My favorites are Spring in Paris, Organic Gen Mai Cha, and the white rose. They are very tasty.
Hate to leave a sub-par review, but the public needs to know. DO NOT ORDER BOBA TEA AT THIS ESTABLISTMENT, IT IS HORRIBLE. I cannot speak to the loose leaf teas that I assume make up the majority of this business's sales, but the boba was disgusting: weak & unflavored Thai tea base, and the boba's themselves were rotten & gritty in taste. Textbook example of a business attempting to diversify their offering, but this is a swing and a miss.
I placed an order because I loved the Desert Rose tea so very much, and I figured I might as well get a few more to share for holiday gifts while I was at it. Everything came beautifully packaged and is truly delightful and vibrant in flavor. I was nervous picking out tea online without getting a chance to smell or taste them in advance! but their descriptions made it easy for me to figure out just what I was getting into. Hands down, my favorite tea shop.
