A nasty neighborhood business! Returned from Physical Therapy 4:30 in the afternoon pulled into the handicap space on the side off the street parking. I returned to my car approx 5:15pm and this is what happened. I called the police and filed a complaint with the Sargent. This business placed a large 18 inch sticker on the windshield driver side with a NASTY note!! The face of hatred and zero compassion. It said, "Private Property What part don't you get? This space is for our customers only!" As for me and everyone I know, We will NOT be shopping at this business. Period

All lumber yards should run like this! As a female, I sometimes feel out of my element in the "great unknown" of carpentry. Kuiken certainly takes away all concerns with their clean and clearly-signed showroom. The consultants await your questions at the desk, but also walk you to the correct aisle to look at products. For someone who rarely posts "reviews" of businesses, I left Kuiken feeling like providing this "shout out" for business excellence.

Customer service is poor. Spoke to Steve at the Warwick location, described the item that I needed to replace and emailed pictures to the sales rep at the Kuiken email address. When I called later to verify receipt of my email the sale rep was busy and that I would receive a return call. However, I never did so I decided to drive over an hour to the location to discover that they had nothing that resemble what I needed and Steve was not available. Unfortunately they don't do what they say they will. Go somewhere else that values customers.
