Throughout the years I have several construction projects. I am not a builder or developer but a regular person who likes to take on construction projects. I am also not a huge customer. Actually very small and infrequent one. Yet my experience with Kuiken Brothers has been great. . I will tell you under Doug's leadership, the company, service and customer interest has grown tremendously. Recently I had a railing project that had a very tight deadline and the method of construction was somewhat outside of the normal suggested method. Steve Dykstra was great and very concerned with making sure all went well.. He also put me in touch with the regional representative for the company who was very responsive to my questions and provided me with all of the information I needed. Then when it came time to order the materials, one of the items was on back order and would not arrive for 2 weeks. The Kuiken customer service sprung into action and everyone from Steve all the way up to Doug became involved to find and deliver the needed parts on time so the project could be completed by the deadline. I will tell you that this level of customer service will not be found in HD or Lowes. and if I had gone elsewhere I know that the project would not have been completed on time. Bottom line, this is a quality company whose leadership sets the tone for all of the employees. It is obvious that the entire company has been trained that the most important part of any business is the customer. This commitment to service shows and is woefully missing in business. This is a quality company who you can rely on to get you whatever you need and to go the extra mile when problems arise. Doug, you have built a fine organization. Glenn G
