Went to turn in my winnings on a scratch off to buy more. I won $26 and asked the cashier to give me the same ones ($2 scratch offs) to total the amount I won, so 13 scratch offs. She handed me the scratch offs and I drove 30 minutes home to then realize that she had only given me 6 scratch offs. So I called a couple of times to let the cashier know that she had shorted me 7 scratch offs, no answer. It's Christmas eve and now I don't have enough for all of the stockings. I'm not sure if it was a mistake (even though how do you honestly miss giving me 7 additional scratch offs), or if she really did just steal my money. She never handed a receipt. I know I'm kind of the dummy by not counting the scratch offs before I made the trek home and not getting a receipt. I'm furious and wouldn't trust going back to purchase anything at this store.

Just went to get a soda and use the rest room to wash my hands. As i drive in i noticed an employee empting trash barrels outside the store at the gas pumps not really paying attention. I walked in and didn't realize the store totally empty and looked for the bathroom to use it. There were 2 wet floor signs and a cleaning tray on the floor but nothing really saying the restrooms were closed for any reason. After i came out the employee had a few people she was helping at the register. She very clearly told me "need you to do me a favor pay attention to my signs next time" all i said was "i had to use the the bathroom". I wish i could say that was the end of it but after i bought a $1 soda she left to attempt to clean the bathroom and before i paid for it. I waited about 3-4 minutes before to came back to ring me up with some more attitude. In all honesty i could have just left and been like screw this. I've had some bad service at kum & go but this is probably the worse
