He and his staff, especially Jason,  communicated promptly with me and efficiently handled a variety of issues that came up. Buying or selling a property is stressful. Kurt and his team are the BEST!! We've worked with them several times and been very impressed with the level of service. Kurt was an essential part of our buying and selling process. He  was always accessible to answer questions and address problems during our real estate transaction.  He is an excellent negotiator and was on top of the details on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing home. His  experience and knowledge about  the uniqueness  of the Sierra Nevada Foothills real estate market makes him exceptional. Each time I have worked with Kurt Congdon Real Estate Services, I have experienced total satisfaction from initial contact to completion of business. This real estate company is professional, caring, thorough, timely, and respectful. Kurt found me my dream house in downtown Grass Valley.  It was exactly what I was looking for.  He didn't waste my time showing me what I didn't want - he waited patiently until this house came up, and we pounced on it!  I couldn't be happier with the job he did.  

Jason and Kurt were both a pleasure to work with.  Everything from the loan, inspections, and closing went so smoothly.
