Popular funeral home that could use an update.

Wonderful staff, professional, courteous, accommodating, really did an excellent job in handling my Grandmother's service.  I agree this location is not suited well for very large funerals with hundreds of guests.

Only problem is the parking.  Truly had to try to find a place to park like it was Christmas at the mall.

Another comment from Dean end sums up my experience from 1998.  My brothers, sister and father arranged my mothers funeral while I was still traveling.  Not once did any of the Kutis staff introduce themselves to me.  The experience was so upsetting, that when I had the chance to encourage my father to pre-arrange his funeral, he went to Kriegshauser, where my grandmother had gotten par-excellance service.  So, when my dad passed in 2007, the entire family was treated very very well by Kriegshauser...whether they were present at the pre-funeral meeting or not.  I would never ever recommend Kutis. Thankfully, I don't live in the area anymore, so I don't have to worry about telling my family where not to take me.
