Friendly staff took my car from me in parking lot.  Service my car, pointed out few things.  Never push me to make extra sale.  Cleaned my car and air my tires, pulled in front ready to go.  I asked them about alignment but they don't do it here.  Gave me phone number and address of other shop. Thanks for your help, Greatly appreciated.  SEE YOU SOON.:)

I able to get oil change and inspection quickly.  Staff is very  detail oriented  and they checked every things for us, even vacuumed and clean our windows.  I appreciate they taking time to do inspection right keeping us safe on road.  I have been going there for years.  Why people compain, when there inspection don't pass fix it and bring it back...HUH.  keep up the good work.

I had my motor mount replace today.  They troubleshoot the problem, and vibration from steering is gone.  Appreciate your help in fixing my car right. I have gone to few shops and one of them recommended and done tune up but did not fix my problem.

LADIES BEWARE: I needed an oil change, I went without my husband since he works during the day. The guy immediately tried to get me to get HIGH MILEAGE oil which is significantly higher than the basic after I told him the car has 50k miles and is never driven. He recommended that oil for cars over 70k miles before I told him how many miles I had, then he tried back tracking to say that the oil is just better either way, blah blah. I ended up going with him anyways since I have to drive into town for services as it is. I was told I needed all fluids changed too so instead of paying $40 at the most for an oil change, I left paying $290 for the oil change and fluids. I felt robbed and I will never take my car to get serviced anywhere again because of it. My husband usually does them for our car and truck at home but was too busy working long hours at the time so that is why we decided to take it somewhere in the first place. Staff was nice but guys in shops try taking advantage of women. Point blank.

They help me with my shocks.  My car was bottoming out and scarping my car.  They quickly pointed out the problem.  I had to pass because of the price quoted.  I went to two different shop in town they were almost double plus one shop wont warranty.   Decided to go back to Kwik Kar and they replaced them with in few hours.  No more problem.  Happy camper.  I did not know they do mechanical work there.  Always been customer for oil change and state inspection.  GLAD they are there.
