Don't use Kwik Key. We paid $175 for a key that would not start the car. Asked them to come back to complete programming the key and they wouldn't answer the phone for two weeks. Eventually they answered the phone and he said he'd come out this morning... never did. We asked for a refund and the guy keeps avoiding our phone calls. There goes our hard earned $175. Thanks Kwik Key.

First off, they had moved but didn't tell me that on the phone when I called to schedule. I asked if they fixed Craftsman riding mowers and they said yes. My rider wouldn't start. After I brought it in and they went through a diagnosis, they called and said the problem was the starter. They could have it fixed by Tuesday. They had to order a part. Then they received the wrong part on Tuesday and had to get a new one. It was supposed to be fixed to Friday. On monday, they had received the part yet. On Tuesday I called and they told me it needed a new ignition switch. On Wednesday morning I called and they said they were going to have to replace the ground wire. I had to call them each day. No one EVER called me to tell me there was a different problem. On Wednesday afternoon they called and said it was fixed but I had to go but a new battery because they didn't have one. So I had to buy a new battery and install it myself. The mower worked for one hour. I shut it off to get some water and then it wouldn't start again. I call Craftsman to send a repair out and it has to wait another 10 days. The Craftsman repair guy said the problem from the beginning was the alternator and my old battery (which I still had) wasn't bad. I had paid Kwik Service almost $200 in unneeded repairs because they couldn't figure out what the problem was and they had my mower for 2 weeks while my neigh it's complained about how high my grass was getting. I tried to call Kwik Service back about it but they did not answer the phone nor return my call. I will NEVER go back there and NEVER recommend them to anyone.
