Only getting 1 star cause 0 isn't an option. While trying to purchase my cigarettes she demanded that I had her store order some special cigarette just for me. After I told her no I had always smoked the same cigarettes she rolled her eyes, saying whatever. On another occasion I got to watch her yell at a clerk because he credit card wasn't working in the pump to refill her company vehicle. On a side note everyone else has been pleasant but I think they fired the guy who knew my name and had my smokes waiting for me... Too bad

I went into the station on December 10th, 2016 in the afternoon and I spent $17.47 the store charged my card twice, they told me it didn't work so o used my other card and ended up putting a pavlova of cigarettes on it since I had to rein the card that port was 22.00 and some cents. I went back in to the store today and showed them they charged my card 3 times and they aid they can't do anything about it. I'm sorry but my mom is in hospice,I'm driving back and forth between Denver and Kimball they should just be able to refund the 2 charges and I shouldn't have to call managers ama tons of people to get this fixed. My point is if you use a chip card don't use it at the Qwik stop in kimball nebraska

This place doesn't deserve one single star. They are known for having water in their gas. Towing and repairs-$1200 for 16.184 gallons of gas, that ended up being dumped.

We experienced a very disappointing visit to this location today, March 15. My husband and I refueled our van and were picking up a couple snacks in the store. When we were ready to pay for our purchases, the cashier was unable to use the Sinclair gift cards we wanted to use. She made several attempts to use the cards. She also contacted her manager, who was unable to resolve the problem, and recommended she contact the Sinclair help line. The help line person was unable to resolve the problem. The cashier repeated the same information 5 times including the fact that the transaction was unable to be suspended due to having fuel as part of the purchase. It was abundently clear the gift cards would not be accepted for payment. After this extended wait and failure to get this taken care of, we used an alternate form of payment, just so we could continue our trip. We live in central Nebraska and travel to the Lincoln/Omaha area and also visit Kimball to see family on a regular basis. The Kimball store is the only location that has trouble redeeming the gift cards. Needless to say, this was not a positive experience. It is highly unlikely we will make any purchases at this location on our next visit.
