Took my 8 month old mower in to get it repaired and told them that all I did was put gas in it and then it wouldn’t start. They told me that it was probably bad gas. I said please just get it running and find out where the oil leak is. I asked them to try to see if it s could be repaired under warranty. Well the oil leak was from a bent crank shaft which is not covered under the warranty but they never addressed the not starting issue. When I got it Home I dumped the gas out of the tank and filled it with new gas well low and behold it started right up. If it is not warrantable I’d at least liked to have used it tillit finally wouldn’t run any more from the bent shaft but they didn’t even try to address the no starting issue. Charged me $23.85 for nothing. Thanks Kyle. I’ll be taking my small engines to Forman’s from now on.

Went in the store to see about purchasing a rebuild kit for a Briggs&Straton engine carb. Turned out I didn’t need a rebuild kit, just a polish on the needle seat and I needed to clean it better. Paul was very helpful and I would definitely go back here again for any of my small engine needs.
