By far worst they never answer phone they dont want to do there job only thing i can say is front lady is polite. They are really bad at communicating things and real good and harassing. They will come one day say to fix something and then come again after fixing the things u were told to do then make u do other fixes. Love wasting your time.

Probably the most complacent agency in the county. Arrived at 7:00 still haven't resolved the situation and now it's 8:30. Employees are lax and unorganized. Probably the worst building and safety Dept. in California.
