I really like this location there is other stores around for shopping and it is really close to the O'Hare hotels. I was just visiting and I found this salon in good cond and great help. 

 One time I even made a online special price wrong. They did not even bring it up just said ok and gave me that price. I did find out that I was off 5.00. I do the spray tans and it always works out fine including the location so close to the air port.

Went on Saturday at 9 A.M. waited until 10:09 and still no one showed. 6 other people pulled up and asked me if they were open yet. One guy said "well, they are all young and probably partied late last night". I don't care, I paid for a service. No answering machine to leave a message. Sorry I bought  a plan here.

Called to ask a question. Jessica sounded very nice and professional. Answered all my questions. I have never been to this location but I will be using them.
