I had a great experience at L.A. Tan this past week. After years of shaving, I went in to get a Brazilian. I contacted Amina a couple weeks prior to setting my appointment and I have to say, she is the most patient and friendly person. Over the course of a couple weeks, I contacted her several times with questions. I'm sure I drove her nuts but she insists that I did not. The fact that she does not get paid to answer my questions, and I'm almost positive that at times, she wasn't even on the clock. You won't find that kind of service very often. During the procedure she maintained her kind demeanor answering any and all questions I had. And it was WAY less painful than I had anticipated. If you've been considering getting a Brazilian, I don't think you could make a better choice then to go and see Amina. Thanks for the great work you do and for being so kind :)

Went for a tan the other day here to notice all the new improvements they are doing to enhance the place up! Staff was courteous, informative, and I tried out a spray tan as something new this time, recommended by the manager Sabrina. Loved it!  Instant color and glow, as if I just got back from vacationing in the islands!

The girls are wonderful! Very spacious place. Whenever I have a quetion about a product the girls are more than willing to explain what they do and how to use them... etc! HIGHLY recommend.

Girls are always more than willing to help with questions pertaining to bed levels and lotion selection! They've also just added a spa portion to the salon for waxing, hair styles and facials!!! So many exciting things happening over here at Hoffman Estates location!
