FYI - The bad review by "M Far" is obviously a mistake.  It is referring to another contracting company in NJ with a similar name.  Louis Bujaj is NY based, not NJ.  Please see below for an accurate review that is consistent with all other reviews for Louis.

Second renovation experience with LB General Construction! Louis and his team do not disappoint. Louis is a professional that enjoys his work. He understands the emotional element of a homeowner's renovation and he treats every job as if it is his own home. Louis worked with me throughout the entire process to ensure I was satisfied with all aspects. His team was considerate and kept my apartment clean each evening. I highly recommend using LB General Construction on your next project (as I will be). There is nothing they cannot do.

This is guy is a complete crook. Lois, if thats his real name is a two bit scumbag whose too  big for his bridges. We made the mistake of hiring this clown to do a repair job on our home in NJ. He was supposed to make repairs to our roof and within 2 months the roof is leaking worse than the first time. Supposedly he has a warranty for his work, we were stupid enough to believe this is true. It's the classic run around, he says he's coming X time and is never heard from again. If he does pick up the phone by accident he says you (the client) need to call him 3 hours before the time even though you already called him to schedule an appointment. Other times you call he just straight up hangs up on. When he finally does sends someone to do the work, he sends undocumented and unlicensed workers to make the repairs. Funny part is they have no idea what they are doing. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOW LIFE. I don't know about the rest of these people, but reply to me and I'll give you a real review on this crook.

We really enjoyed working with Louis and his team! We needed quite a bit of hand holding throughout the renovation process but Louis was patient with us and always took the time to explain things.  We had gone through a small renovation on a different unit with a different contractor in the past, and Louis was definitely light years better--in terms of communication, availability, and workmanship. We had anticipated that the renovation timeline would go over, but Louis completed it in time. We would not hesitate to work with Louis and his team again!

Louis takes great pride in his work, and knows what he is doing.  His crew is absolutely experienced, and we were particularly impressed with the person (Tony) who installed our tiles.  VERY detail-oriented, and all our tile is absolutely straight!  My husband is very particular about details, and the fact that we are both so happy with the end product says a lot.

His prices are normal for the area of the upper west side in Manhattan.  The only thing is that he had originally quoted me 2 weeks time completion, and in the end it took 6 weeks.  However that's how it goes with renovations.

In the end, if you hire someone who takes his work seriously, he will do an excellent job for you.  We give LB General Construction our highest recommendation!
