EDIT: Mr. Isley reached out to me directly expressing regret for my experience and the lack of clarity up front regarding the pricing. He stated that he would refund the full charge - this was a very nice gesture even when I was content to pay the $25 service charge. Definitely willing to give them another shot with future plumbing needs. 

ORIGINAL: My experience was disappointing. I have a water softener that I wanted looked at. The brand I have is not one that Isley sells but was told that they’d be happy to look at it. I was told that the service fee was $25. The plumber couldn’t tell what the problem was. To be fair, he put a good effort in, but he wasn’t familiar with this brand of softener and was unable to diagnose the problem. I was charged $65 for the diagnostic attempt that provided no information whatsoever. I was glad to pay the $25 (which was waived) to cover the trip, but I found the larger $65 charge distasteful.

Jake was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was very up front about the work that needed to be done and did not attempt to up- sell us. He did exactly what he said he would do and got it done quickly. Our entire experience with Isley Plumbing was 100% positive. I would recommend this company to anyone and will call them first the next time I need a plumber.

I have used Isley Plumbing for several years.  My most recent experience was as good as those in the past.  Scheduling and appointment confirmation online is very efficient.  They followed up to let me know exactly when  they would arrive.  The work was done quickly and the service person was very pleasant.  Overall another good experience.  Thanks, Isley!

Concerning installation of dishwasher at C. Michaelis,  Fishers

A+ Rating Your service people (Jake and Jeff) installed my dishwasher today. They were professional, efficient, and thorough in their install. They worked quickly, yet took great pains to be sure their work was complete and properly done. They were also clean, mannerly and very accommodating! They washed the floor under my old dishwasher, wore their "booties" as they worked in my home, and cleaned up thoroughly when their work was complete.
They were personable, they explained their process of installation, and made sure that I was satisfied with the installation.
I could not have been more pleased with their work and their proficiency. Their knowledge of their job was obvious.
I would definitely use your services again, and I would recommend your company to neighbors and friends.

The plumber, Bill, was polite and very informative.  Unfortunately, his estimate was $550.00 over another plumber.  And the other plumber's hot water heater was a Bradford White, the only one now made in the US.   I now have a new water heater put in less than an hour yesterday with more knowledge than I had before.
