Great customer service. Very friendly staff. I went shopping for hiking shoes on Saturday afternoon, they didn't have my size in the shoe I liked best so they ordered it for me and said it would arrive on Wednesday, and it came Tuesday!  A whole day early! David from the shoe department was very helpful and nice, as well as Beth the cashier. So far the shoes are a perfect fit.

Horrible customer service!!!!
The people only give good service to their own race!They say they don't have your size but then the next customer gets the same size they request.This was a weird creepy experienced at L.L Bean.
The customer service over the phone  is way better than this location

One of the best stores for outdoor apparel and goods. Not as big as some of the other LL's I've been to, but still the spot to be for quality and service.
