Thanks to Brian, AJ, Francisco and crew for the amazing exterior transformation of my 30+ year old home! Neighbors were asking for their business cards before they were even finished. This was the second time we have used L&L Contractors and it won't be the last. Brian Pike has been our project manager both times and I cannot say enough good things about him, the company, and their workers. They all do a phenomenal job from start to finish. Their communication with us was excellent. We always knew what to expect and they kept us up to date on budget and time lines. Customer service is definitely one of their strengths. Their slogan, "Your imagination is our boundary" is fitting. We found an old sink and wanted to use it in our laundry room remodel. They  made a custom cabinet and adjusted the plumbing to make it work. No suggestions or ideas are out of bounds for these guys. They can do it all.

I wanted to replace a too-small, unsafe garage with one that resembled the 1912 vintage of the old one.  I talked to a number of contractors who told me it couldn't be done.  Mark Gilday not only believed the project could happen, he was enthusiastic about it!  I now have a new garage that enhances the old neighborhood. 
 Mark has been easy to work with.   I have appreciated his suggestions on how to do thinks.  He has kept me advised of deliveries, scheduling and costs.  The site has been kept reasonably tidy and all of L&L's contractors have been professional.  
I have been praising L&L to everyone I talk to.  I have been so pleased, I am hiring Mark and L&L to do some more work.

Excellent company and excellent people. We had a mysterious leak with our kitchen window. At least 5 other people either came out and incorrectly diagnosed it or performed repairs which didn't work. Ray Cearing diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it quickly. In the several months since Ray came out, we've had tons of rain but no leaks. Highly recommend this company.

Brian Pike and AJ from L&L were absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only did they listen to all of our concerns, they were able to address and fix all of the issues with our roof and our ladder access to our attic. I am beside myself with the professional manner in which they conducted the work in my home and would recommend them to anyone for any job big or small. Our roof looks great, they were able to match the shingles even though the roof is 8 years old. The part of the roof that they fixed looks great and I am confident that it will not leak any longer. The ladder access is a new model insulated door and a much more sturdy design and the insulation cover on top of that makes it weather proof in order to save us money in the long run. I couldn't be happier with the work that they did and I will have them back into my home in the near future for additional work that needs to be done. Thanks so much Brian and AJ everything looks great!!!
