The least helpful property management company I have every had the displeasure to be forced to work with. I've never once called and had a human answer the phone, it takes weeks to get a hold of them. When they do take action, it is usually weeks late, and done with the least effort and quality. It is as if they are intentionally striving to deliver sub-standard service. Want to install cable or internet? Well, too bad. It's not happening without L&M supervision, and since you can't get them on the phone,   good luck with getting that technician to wait for someone from L&M to show. Oh, the intercom doesn't work? Like L&M cares, you don't really need an intercom anyways. Need a spare key to the building? Oh, that will be $25 and a month. The saga continues, but you get the point. Another property management company that is content to simply phone it in. Typical.

Arghh.. I have never had such a bad experience:(. I hope some how, some way they can turn it around
