On 18th Jan 2017, master shower broke, called in Home Builder for warranty, who called in L&S Mechanical for plumbing service. L&S tech never showed up all day on 18th Jan. 
On 1st May, L&S Mechanical billed $160.00 for service date 18th Jan. on 2nd may, I called in L&S Mechanical to resolve issue, but I was told that there records shows that, L&S did service on 18th May between 10-2pm. 
L&S Mechanical is billing $160.00 me for the service call which never took place, where as I have all the proofs & receipts who repaired my master shower on 18th Jan.  Stay away from mess...

Replaced my 4 year old hot water tank "under warranty" and gave me a hand written invoice for over $900 just in labor costs.   I asked how do you justify $900 for labor only.  The job took about 2 hours, they said that is just the price.  I said pull the hot water tank out and get out.  I will not pay them $900 for labor only.  I may pay more in total to have a new one installed but I will not pay them $900 in labor only!!   They are a plumbing contractor primarily serving builders.  I hope all builders choose someone else to contract plumbing for fair and reasonable service to the homeowner should any service be required.   Lewisville Texas

TOTAL NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH.  Not only are they pricey, but they are slow to respond, hard to deal with and worst of all couldn't get simple jobs done in 3 trips.
