Horrible job at cutting my wife’s hair. She asked for a specific haircut and the stylist agreed that she understood. Ended up using the razor 75% of the time even though my wife asked her politely several times not to use a razor, the stylist kept saying that “this was the only way”. Then the stylist wanted to up-sell her to use a straightener and the razor again to “even out” the hair, stating that she usually charges $30 for “straightening-only” and that she was giving my wife a “bargain”.  To top it all of, she charged my wife a higher amount than was previously agreed on with the specific haircut that my wife wanted.

Never returning to this place again.

I have been going here for 15 years and not once has there been bad customer service. They always go above and beyond expectation. I now bring my 2 boys and daughter here and wouldn't trust anyone else. Customer for life

Friendly staff - Lynn is amazing - she always does my color and cuts at a great price.  Kevin is great with men's cuts.  Jennifer is can do either men or women and up-dos.  I would highly recommend this salon.

I am new to the Houston area and have been here almost 2 yrs.  I have yet to find a place for a good haircut!  I finally found it.  I walked in. Without an appointment and they took me after a short wait. I thought I made no sense as to what I wanted but Hollie knew and went over and above my expectations.  I love my hair and I will definitely be back.  The prices are great! I've gone to a Solon that charged a small fortune and I always walked out looking like I didn't get a haircut! This place is Fabulous....
