Amy and Albert are absolutely incredible! Their customer service and work is first class. They treated me as a friend as soon as I walked in the door. Their team provides nothing less than professional service. This is my one stop shop for all of my vehicle needs. I have a 2002 Honda Accord EX Coupe and it’s running like a champ because of L&T Automotive.

Independent repair shops used to be friendly and cheaper than dealers. No more. Prices are not competitive and they are slow because of small premises.
Billed over $800 dollars to fix (not fixed) an air duct. Result, no heater on one side. Would have to lose another day of work. No shuttle service.
Go to dealer instead.

Always a great experience, my mom has been coming here for years. I myself recently had an oil change done. Cheaper here than other places. Here they only charged $25 for my 2000 civic (conventional oil), where other places I called into were $40+. And it only took about 30 mins

It was my first time to bring my van to a different repair shop other than the dealer. I was reluctant at first due to doubts with expertise regarding my vehicle but all this changed thanks to L&T Japanese Automotive. Friendly service right when you enter the door, I have this feeling like I’m consulting a family member. After a few hours they called me and gave me an explanation on what has happened to my vehicle, causes and resolution and gave me options to further improve its performance. I dropped by to get something from the glove box and give a surprise visit. They showed me all the parts bought and a more detailed explanation on the problem and their resolution. Will come back again, I will make them my default mechanic, they took the doubts away. I TAKE ALL THIS BACK! I'ts like setting a time bomb so you keep coming back. Lost all trust in them, UP SALE now I doubt the first services were necessary.

Excellent service. Quoted me a great price, super friendly, and got my car fixed under the estimated time. Car runs like a champ. Highly recommend this place.
