HORRIBLE!!!!! do not go here, i've been to multiple different nail places and my first time coming here for prom they did such a bad (bumpy, horribly shaped and the "design" was  crooked) and they still gave me no choice but to pay full price, i told myself to never go back, i went again last month because i couldn't get into orleans where i usually go and was once again reminded why i never want to go to bella nails, she shorted my nails even tho i told her not to, she changed the shape completely and then when i said i didn't like the colour she got up and PICKED ONE FOR ME AND THEN PUT IT ONTOP THE ORIGINAL COLOUR!!!!! the nail polish (which was paid extra for shellac) came off within two weeks an in case you don't know, shellac isn't supposed to come off) 
on top of all this the service was horrible! 
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY GOING HERE!!!

Got my nails done (acrylic with shellac) by their male technician and they are thick and bumpy, they look like I’ve had them for over a month because he made sure to stay away from the edges when applying the acrylic. Therefore they look old and grown out. Called to complain and they are going to redo them for me. We’ll see how that goes!

I got my acrylic nails done here a while ago. They're were so ugly. She put acrylic and gel polish all over my skin

Got a shellac manicure this morning and one nail is already chipped. Very messy and uneven manicure. Wish I could pist a picture. I will not go back.

The nail salon was recommended for gel polish mani/pedi services. I had just moved back to the area after a number of years away. 
Both the mani and pedi were the worst I've had anywhere previously. The mani filing was uneven and left burrs. The technician cut my cuticles too deeply which hurt during and following the service. Finally, the gel polish chipped a week after service. From A-Z nothing was impressive.
