I got my nails done today and I am not so satisfied. Ive been here before and liked my nails after but I am disappointed and I wanted a different color which was basically a opposite of black ( clear pink) and he told me, "your nails are too old it won't look good "

I have been here a few times but the last time I was not happy. I don't like that they try to change your mind when you pick a color or design. If you don't agree with them, they start to speak in their language talking about you. I know this because they all start to look at you and snicker to each other. I speak a second language too but I would never be disrespectful like that. Especially when it's a business. Also the last time I went my niece made an appt and we sat there for an hour. All of a sudden a group of girls came and they took them right in like nothing. I was pissed and told my niece to get up and we left. No one apologized or anything. The only good one is the older man. He is really nice but everyone else rude. Time to find a new place.

I have always come to this nail salon and Jenny has been the one to get my nails done. Today when I came in at 6pm they were about to close and the staff that helped me out was rude and all of a sudden started speaking in their language about me. I know this because the lady that was getting my nails done turned around and said "my co-worker says that you don't like her" I told her that it wasn't true and that I didn't even know her co-worker. Since then the service started to be very bad. I got a pedicure and the lady didn't give me the slippers after my nails were done, she said that I didn't need them and that I was okay to put my shoes on. I asked her if she was really sure about it and she said yes go ahead. When I came home and took my shoes off my nails were messed up. I also got my finger nails done, the lady didn't want to cut my nails I had to ask her repeatedly to get them shorter . She didn't polish my nails well and you could see the fake nails from the edges. She then charged me 80 dollars. I was very surprised. I told her why it was 80 and she said 40  for long nails (when I repeatedly asked her to cut them her shorter). I said that I pay for manicure 35 with Jenny and she responded in very rude way "come when Jenny is here then". I will not be coming back here anymore. I am paying to get a good service, not to get harrased by a rude staff.
