Tracy and Kevin are the absolute best. Tracy's nail designs are awesome. She is a very kind person. Don't trust my nails and with anyone else. Kevin is the King of pedicures. Both should be proud of their work. La Belle is also cost friendly.

The lady, who I wasn't given her name nor had a name tag OR a wall hanging with her certificate, had me sit near my friend's foot chair. Now, I will say, I have small nails to put tips on, about half an inch total, but I've seen smaller nail beds to work with. As she was putting the tips on with the glue, I constantly was telling her there is glue in the sides, glue under it between my nail and the skin, glue glue GLUE! She started with the powder and while it wasn't looking amazing, since I wanted it rounded and she has round squared the corners, I figured the unhappy parts would be filed off. Here's where it gets bad. Normally, they push the skin/cuticle on the side they are about to file down, so they can get around it to round the sides. Not the really really skinny lady with glasses and almost frizzy hair. She immediately starts filing; one, two swings and I'm like Ow! She goes oh sorry, proceeds to pull out some rectangle thing, SHARPENS the nail file to try again. When she did, she SLICED OPEN MY PINKY! I flinched back and was like OW! I'm bleeding! It is not large but it hurts! I've never had this at a nail salon before! She walks away, talks to someone else who actually speaks a little English, then has the lady come over to me. Oh sorry it's a new nail gel that's harder, we fix. The same lady sits down and reaches out to me. I said, I'm sorry ma'am, I told you there was excess glue and you've now cut me, I will wait for someone else. (I have a Texas sized temper so this is me being good in public). She looks at me confused reaches for me again and I flinch and withdraw back from her. I will wait for someone else. So now she's annoyed turns her lamp off really fast snatches up her stuff and walks away. Not even an attempt at a sorry or anything. So the lady who speaks English, she has brunette hair with blonde highlights, comes over and goes you wait for this lady get done I fix your nails. I said I'd actually at this point like to soak off what was done, remove them and leave. She goes 10 mins until I can fix them and 10 mins to remove them so I can just fix them. NO, I said I would like them removed. She proceeds to have Tom (who's the only person who's name is known) set out a bowl for me to start soaking them in. So at this point I am obviously not happy so I grit my teeth and stick my hands in knowing full and well it'll sting like the dickens on the cut; but I'm a mom who cares. While my friend is waiting for this to happen, the lady with the highlights is trying to collect from one lady who's nails are done, while working on a new customer. The finshed lady is trying to show her and Tom that the nails are not done. They are uneven, not completed right and needs to be fixed as they looked bad. They said job done it's this amount of money. No one got up to look at her issue so she said no, walked out without paying. At this point, brunette with highlights continues with her current customer and this conversation ensues.. Her: This is why I only like regular customers, not these "new ones we don't know" they come in not knowing us and get unhappy. We already open Sunday cause Tom wanted to take people Sunday and we all need a day off and everything. Customer: yeah I understand that we all need time off with our family. Her: I don't know what is wrong with these "new" customer's today... I look at friend and she's like.. Am I really witnessing this!? Is she really bashing customers to other customers while stating she doesn't want new only old customers?! I said yeah.. She is and I've never experienced this! It is time to file down/off the gel.  When he finishes and says I can go wash my hands, I hear burnette/highlight lady ask my friend bluntly "can you pay we're trying to leave" it's before 6pm Sunday and this had not been mentioned previously. Friend points at me and goes that's who's paying... To which she slightly changes her tune, oh we'll we no charge her she got cut just pedi just pedi. Paid, no tip and left. I will NEVER go back there and I hope to God that no one else does.

They have the best shellac for nails. I've gone to multiple places and they always end up chipping within a week. 
I have my shellac nails from them for three weeks and they still look amazing. No chips no nothing.

I've only been here once so far, but they did a wonderful job with my daughter. She will definitely be going back.
