Great ambiance, fantastic prices, romantic piano music. Wished there were more places like this one in Miami.   Needs to be open later hours, specially on friday and saturdays.

I really wish there were more places like this in Miami - and by "like this" I mean a place that has affordable food and drinks, no cover charge, amazing live Cuban music, and good service! 

This is a tiny hole in the wall that is connected to the Latin America restaurant.  It's dark and inviting, with plenty of tables to accommodate both small and large groups.  

The food is great - typical Cuban fare with a few Spanish tapas available such as the Spanish omelets and garbanzo frito.  Their wine menu is surprisingly large and even more surprisingly... inexpensive. They also have beer and a full liquor menu.

The live music is phenomenal! On Saturday night they have a woman who plays the piano and sings and a man on the saxophone and you would think that it would not be enough, butt it is and everyone enjoys it so much! People get up and dance and it's really a great time had by all.

Please note that the crowd here is older and the music is old Cuban Classics with a little bit of jazz thrown in there for good measure, so don't come here expecting to find the love of your life unless you're looking to marry a 70 year old.  

With that said, If you're looking for amazing music with good food, affordable drinks and a little bit of dancing with a great crowd of people, then this is the place to go. We will definitely go back to enjoy the other music that they offer on Friday and Sunday nights. 

Oh, and please note that when the clock strikes 12, they close up the joint - fast! So don't arrive at 11:30 at night thinking that you're going to be partying till the wee hours of the morning like you do at  most Miami places. That's not the case here.
