Love, love love this La Bou. They always serve amazing food and friendly service. I have been coming here for over 15 years atleast once or twice a week for the La Bou chicken salad! Customer for life!

DELICIOUS! Rio was checking us out and she was very patient, kind and easy to talk to! New bread on mondays, new cupcake on wednesdays and new donuts on fridays. The tomato soup and the chicken curry soups are great! And the chicken avocado club panini is SO GOOD!! They season the chicken very well and it's toasted to perfection. Their croissants are huge and it was the most filling croissant I've ever had, they are much more dense then normal croissants.

False advertisement avocado club has NO MEAT but apples instead ??? I thought clubs contained CHICKEN. Food is very tasteless ordered a very colorful looking salad but it tastes like plain pasta 😔 should have gone to panera bread 😂

What a fantastic lunch spot! I ordered the grilled chicken pannini and spicy Thai chicken soup. Amazing!! That plus a soft drink for about $12.

The service is good, the owner is polite and easy going.The coffee was a little cold but overall the experience was good. I had the egg and cheese croissant and it was good. It's a little hard to find if your new to Sacramento, CA but the place is small and great for on the run food.I would go back and make it one of my stops during the week.
