Very professional and nice. I took a suit for dry cleaning and the suit jacket for shortening the sleeves. 12 bucks for the dry cleaning and 26 for shortening the sleeves. 4 stars because the sleeves were uneven the first time I came in to pick up the suit and they tried to convince me that it was fine until I insisted on it being measured. Turns out I was right. The alterations were made the following day. It was good, but a bit too much to just shorten to sleeves. Very friendly service though. Lovely people. I have another suit I'm planning to take for the same thing.

Sloppy seams. Did not fit right after alterations. When waist was taken it, it was taken it with seams going right up pockets in front. Just horrible all around. Do not go. Had to pay double because I then had to take to Doctor Jeans to fix all their mistakes.

I just got my wedding dress back from La Boutique Cleaners and I found myself compelled to write this review.  I feel bad giving them only 1 star because they do have great customer service and Carnia is a wonderful seamstress for the most part.  

But, and this is a big "but", they ruined my wedding dress!  If your dress is made from a fine material or has any complicated work, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!  

I asked Carina to take it in on the sides, just a little because I wanted the strapless dress to provide a little more coverage in the front.  She assured me that it would be beautiful, and it was when I came back a month later, only she took it in way too much and now I looked like Jessica Rabit with back fat.  It had been a month since I had tried it on and I had actualy lost 8 pounds so it didn't make sense for it to be so incredbily tight!  She was nice enough to let it out on the sides but now you can see the stitching down both sides starting from under my arm to just under my breasts. 

Also, this is a dry cleaning place, my dress should not have had scuff marks from the sowing along the top.  They tried their best to get it out and they did offer to dry clean it for free but it turned out that the label on my dress specifically called for a certain type of formula that they do not use.  Again, if you have a dress that is made from fine material or has any complicated work, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!

I know that they felt bad for me, they seem like very nice people, and they did try their best to make me feel better, but I just don't think that they are able to handle wedding dress alterations for everyone.  If it's something simple, I don't see why they wouldn't be able to handle it, but just be careful.
