La Casita was started in 1947 by Grandma Salustia Reynoso and after she passed on her family continued the tradition and have expanded to Mammoth, Showlow, Thatcher, and East Globe. We continue to honor our Grandma by using her recipes and serving the same great Mexican food she served over 65 years ago.
