Let me break this down. 
Service 5 stars, they were friendly, quick to take our order, and refilled our water constantly. 
Ambiance 4 stars, the patio is totally awesome. Inside is not so awesome... The music is good.
Cleanliness 4 stars, tables and for were clean. Bathroom was decent, but it's so small and crammed that felt dirty.
Food 2.5 stars, this is a heavy weight for me. I got the chicken fajitas. Plenty of food, a little burned and lacked flavor. The rice and beans were average. The chips and salsa we probably the best thing I ate here. I got their fried ice cream and it was blah... 
Based on service and ambiance this place is definitely a must in my book. Based on food, I had much better, and I had much worse too.  I would give them another chance. Maybe my problem is that I walked in with huge expectations.

Great food good prices. The staff was really friendly. Didn't give a 5 because the rice was slightly over cooked and the tamale filling was a little tough. The rice had a good flavor the beans were excellent! The masa for the tamale was just right.

The food was delicious, the portions were large for the price, and the servers were attentive.  Definitely a place to go!

Fresh cooked from scratch beans and rice were appreciated. Entries are hit and miss. Enchiladas were blase. Colorado burrito was top notch. Chile relleno would have been perfect except for a listless batter.  Worst of all, tiny shots of tequila to wash it down with

I would not say the food was excellent but it wasn't bad. The servings were very large and I had ordered nachos and tortilla soup. The soup was so large that I brought half of  it home for breakfast the next day . so be aware that portions are large. The soup and nachos were very bland: no onions or peppers.
