extremely poorly managed office - I waited 2 1/2 hrs for a cleaning. they had their schedules totally confused and just as I was leaving lied tome about hwy I had to wait, blatantly , dental techs and dentist are good though - I shall not return

I called for information and request an appointment, not only I was not informed, I was also treated with bad attitude and poor interest.

WORST PLACE EVER. BAD ATTITUDE TO CLIENTS. THERE IS A WOMEN THAT IS VERY VERY RUDE. I called to set an appointment because my 10 year old son had his teeth broken and it was an emergency then i call back and she wouldnt pick up. Called from other number and she told me i was stupid and to stop calling her.I will never go back again. I had a big group of friends coming to miami and they asked me for a dentist recomendation and i almost  sent them here. Screw you? U are the one whos stupid.
