For a long time these stores have had the worst customer service. Most employees don't speak English. Or do and pretend otherwise? Don't expect a hi, goodbye or thank you. Not going to happen here. Prices are generally much higher. Most of their Chicago customers are a captive audience  because only store in walking distance. At least there is a grocery store within said distance. Only good thing I can say.

I've always liked this place and enjoy the late hours. This time I came to buy fruit and this fat security guard kept following me around everywhere I went to me dirty looks and pretending that he was not. Very rude and made me very uncomfortable.

I hate writing bad reviews on places but this one is a must! I honestly cannot stand when the place is almost empty one table with 3 people eating and too top it off they were almost done eating when me and my dad arrived the waiter took our order, it took the cook almost 30 min to get our food out!! Ridiculous I can understand when the place is busy but this is not acceptable

Clean. Clean. Clean! What better environment for what we buy and consume than a clean environment? 
As to customer service, it’s there- just smile people! You live here and see most of us on a daily basis. We like it here. Share a smile! 
Sadly, the back alley is ALWAYS (for the most part) obstructed.
