Hi, my names is Jim Childs. My wife andrea and I opened La Cocina in December of 1996. We have three great children that have grown up watching their Mom & Dad strive for excellence in work and home life. Over the past 20 years we have had the privilege to be part of a great community and people's lives. We have watched people date, get married, have children, grandchildren....the list goes on and on. I think that is where we got our catch phrase, "Where friends & family eat". We make everything in house, we strive to make ALL feel welcome and APPRECIATED.
