I’ve visited La Creme in the past and went there because I had a last-minute situation where I had shrunk my dress I was planning to wear to an event and needed a new dress! With only a couple of days until my event I was looking for something that would be suitable and wouldn’t need much alterations! Brittany and Rose were very kind. Brittany found many dresses and encouraged me to try them on. She was very patient, although I am quite picky. I knew they were giving me honest opinions. I would return here because I don’t feel like I was just being told a dress looked good just to get a sale. There was no pressure to buy! Great experience! Thanks for helping me out.

We had an amazing experience shopping at La Crème! My daughter and her friend came to look for prom dresses and the store is kept very clean and well organized, the staff were helpful and they had a wide selection of beautiful prom dresses at a range of reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for prom :)

La Creme is a top notch store. Customer Service is fantastic! Great dress selection for all occasions and staff help each customer with a smile and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you for a great experience and all your help!

From the moment we walked into the La Creme it was unbelievably refreshing to be greeted with a smile and a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone of the girls were amazing right to the last girl Brianna S. who helped my to find all I needed for my daughter's wedding, from my gown to the shoes, clutch and all accessories. My husband was also made to feel welcomed and he was, felt very comfortable. My sister came the week before as she too need a dress for her son's (my nephew) wedding and she is the one that highly recommend I come, as she put it, they are great and you will not leave without a dress. My sister being in the high-end fashion industry could not stop talking about her experience. I live in Vaughan not so close but I'm so happy that we made the trip. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I will definitely be back to shop shop - Love all the clothes. See you soon.

Shopping at La Creme was an uplifting experience from the moment I stepped through the door. The staff were extremely friendly especially Heather and Paula who helped me throughout my visit. I didn't feel pressured and I myself was able to pick out and try on as many dresses as I liked. All the dresses and gowns were spectacular, but Paula knew my style and tastes, and made the perfect recommendations. I not only found the perfect dress, I was able to find matching shoes, earrings, bracelets and purse to complete the look. I can't tell you the relief it was for me to have found everything I needed all in one store. Thanks to Paula, Heather and the team at La Creme for offering me such a phenomenal experience. I can't wait to come back and visit.
