The casino is very small and the parking lot isn't the easiest to navigate. This place is mainly a hotel and not much casino. The facility is a bit on the older side. Needs a few repairs and touch up to make it appear more lively and clean. I'm not sure how the rooms are but the hotel neon signs have been out of order for the past couple months almost a year that tells me their attention to detail and budget etc. This 3 star is really pushing it should be a 2.5 because I seen worse. It's not bad nor good.

Hotel rooms are very cozy and comfortable and black out curtains are a plus in my book cause I sleep in late. Check out time is the best I've seen anywhere. 12pm. The beds are very, very comfortable.... U just sink right in them. The hotel staff are extra friendly and welcoming. I was helped by Evelyn and she was very professional and polite.

This has to be one of the worst place I ever stayed at... When we first checked in and got to our room .. I opened the curtains which revealed a roof top there was dirty under wear and a bees nest... room smelled very bad like mildew.. ac was not working it was very hot ..then  when using the elevator the security informed us we were using the wrong ones and that sometimes transients would be in the elevators so for us to be careful... When checking out the lady told us that our deposit would be in my bank 3-5 business days... Nope instead they charged us twice and when I called to ask why they refused to let me talk to a manager... I called 3 different times and a manager was never available... And the lady claimed she charged me my deposit because she had me on camera smoking.. which is a lie I've never smoked a day in my life ... I'm very displeased with this hotel..

The best place to stay if you're looking for affordable hotels within Los Angeles are.. LA crystal is perfect for tourists looking for hotels.  They have free WiFi, Jacuzzis ,bar/ lounge, free breakfast, 24 hour fitness center, great staffs and customer service they make you feel like your at home..

I has a very friendly environment. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's in good location. By the freeway And shopping center. Adults could play at the In house casino.
