Deliciously seasoned rotisserie chicken.

Im a cab driver so, needless to say, I get around as long as restaurants go. This is hands down the best dominican style cuisine in brooklyn. They need more "rabo" days lol but without a doubt a tasteful and affordable spot to dine at.

Attentive Management and servers ensure a tasty meal of an assortment of Carribean/Dominican cuisine ordered from dishes seen though glass. I'm not too keen on the breakfasts because I prefer scrambled eggs rather than fried eggs. But then it would be difficult to keep my preference above those of the constant flow of patrons walking through the door. So I adapt. My only suggestion to the staff is that leafy green vegetables be offered to accompany anything from their beef, fish, pork, goat and chicken entrees. Good food and generous portions are both nutritious and affordable. I will continue to dine at La Cuesta... without any thought of being on a slippery slope.
