D-Rass Deli has brought the quality, variety, and consistency of the Andersen Market's fresh sandwiches back to Evergreen with a gourmet twist.Dylan Shively and Laurie Baumer have developed a menu that offers something for everyone's taste. The menu offers "build your sandwich:" with an extensive choices of meat, cheese, vegetables, and breads, including gluten-free. Kick it up with a specialty sauce; Tzatziki, Chipotle Thousand Islands, Roasted Red Pepper Humus and more. The menu includes many favorites; Reuben, Philly and French Dip. Dylan has added paninis and Gyros to the sandwich menu. Fresh salads, homemade soups, and fresh baked cookies round out the menu.
