Instead of ripping me off like anyone else in Miami would have done, Robert, Oscar and Linda were incredibly honest, and advised me on what I should do and with what pieces. Their integrity is golden!! They could've easily taken advantage and given me what I was needing and left it at that, and just taken all my items, given that I didn't know better. THEN they went above and beyond and advised me on the type of transaction I should complete, instead of what I was originally going to do- which was to MY benefit- NOT THEIRS. I was blown away by their level of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and GENUINE care for my best interest as a customer and not in what would make the store the most money. I would never dare go to any other shop but this one. And needless to say Robert, Oscar and Linda  have my full 110% trust. This was my second visit. The first was also wonderfully kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable in regards to leaving my belongings there. I can't say enough good things about them all!

Juliet is the best; always friendly, helpful, gives u suggestions, I can’t say enough.  Everyone is helpful.  I have never had a problem with any of the products I have purchased here.

They are the BEST! I refer all my family and friends to La Familia. I have been doing business there for years and they are not just brokers they are FAMILY! Go check them out and when you get there ask for Juliet, Flor, Heidi, or Jerome. Tell them I sent you and they will take care of you. No scams or swindling there, they are the real deal. Check them out you’ll love them as much as I do.
